    Worrying

    Hi!

Yesterday, I suddenly realized that I had nothing to worry about (for five minutes <g>) and I felt so good, I thought how great it would be if we could all take a day off worrying about things, now and then. I guess this is easier said than done.

I read a book, I know Tink has read it as well, it is called, "The Power of the Now". It teaches that if you stop and take stock of your life, at that precise moment you are in the NOW, where nothing can get at you or hurt you. Great practise if you can't get to sleep, but VERY difficult to keep up during the course of the day.

Sometimes, I realize just how seriously I take life and, when I do, then it is good to let my hair down. I know my children would say, She's off again and sometimes I think, Did I really say that <ROFL>. But, I know I have a sense of the ridiculous.

Sooooo, when you are worried do you take time off to stop worrying sometimes?

Hugs and lots of love :Autumn-kiss-48x48: (Couldn't resist it, could I <LOL>)

    Worrying

What's the point in worrying? We're not going to get out of this alive anyway. Fifty years from now, who'll care whether you had that chocolate or not?
