Ingredients

    1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
    1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 12 squares)
1 square (1 ounce) semisweet chocolate (or just use store bought icing)
    1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Cream the peanut butter, butter, and sugar until smooth.

Add the graham cracker crumbs and mix well. chill

Shape the dough into 1 - 1 1/4 inch ovals.

Place the chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high for one minute or until melted. Transfer the melted chocolate to a resealable plastic bag; cut a small hole in one corner of the bag. Squeeze the bag and pipe stripes onto their bees. (To make things easier and less messy you can buy chocolate icing in the tubes)

Insert two almonds into each bee to make wings.

    Trishee,

What are graham crackers? We don't get those over here, can you describe them?

A slightly sweet, usually rectangular cracker made with whole-wheat flour. Found a site from UK that called em 'Digestive biscuits'. They are supposed to be similar, but lack the touch of honey our crackers have. You could substitute Vanilla wafers as well... if you have those across the pond hehe

Ahh yes, Digestive Biscuits will work the best. Apart from that they're yummy. LOL!

    Thanks :)

Would you like to adopt me? I'm not as troublesome as Lynne says I am. And pay no attention to whatever Tegan says. They're in cahoots.

I think you and I should start some type of import biz. It's just not right that you don't have microwave popcorn OR graham crackers! I'm sure there are things you have that we don't.:lurk:

I am always looking for another stray to take in hehe. I will be most willing to feed you, that is what I do :coffeecupsmily:.... despite Kevin's protests

As for trouble, I can hardly imagine you being more of a pain than the last 'friend' we took in, and as she is no longer welcome around these parts, I have an opening hehe.
