10 Minute Meal-Chicken w/Herbed Brie

    I love this dish on a hot summer night, it's so simple and I usually serve it with a spinach salad.

    Start with a simple grilled chicken cutlets seasoned with salt and black pepper.

    In a medium frying pan over low heat, melt one package of soft herbed Brie cheese (I use Alloute brand). Stir in 1 or 2 tablespoons each of brown sugar, chopped walnuts and crumbled bacon. You must work quickly here or the Brie will set up. As soon as the sugar is incorporated in the cheese, remove from heat, spoon over chicken and serve.

    MMMmmmmmmmm! This sounds delicious!

    BUT....ixnay the inachspay aladsay! Spinach is being removed from the shelves due an E Coli outbreak.
