Okay, it may sound odd to those who prefer to not experiment with their taste buds, but try giving this one a go.
It's easy and quick to cook, doesn't cost much and tastes AWESOME!!!

Takes around 20-25 mins to prepare, cook and serve.
    Feeds 2-3

    Ingredients:

    1 tbsp of Vegetable Oil
    1 Medium Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic (Large) (or whatever meets your taste)
1 Large Tin of Chopped Tomato's
    2 Tins of Tuna
    Tomato Puree
1 Pack of Spaghetti (or any other pasta )
    1/4 tsp of Chilli Powder
    Dried Oregano
    Dried Parsley
    Salt & Pepper for seasoning.

    Method:

    1. Thinly slice the onion and garlic.
Heat the oil in a saucepan, then add the onion and fry for 5 minutes or until golden. Add the garlic and continuously stir for around 3-4 four mins.

    2. When the onion and garlic are slightly soft, add the tuna and stir on a medium heat for a further 5 minutes.

    3. Add the tinned tomato's and mix in with the tuna. Don't worry about flaking the tuna up too much, it'll still retain some structure.
Heat for a further 5 minutes.

At this point, it may be a good idea to start boiling the spaghetti/ pasta ensuring that it's ready when the main part of the meal is also. (adding a little oil to the spaghetti/pasta whilst it's boiling helps prevent the pasta from sticking to itself).

    4. Add the chilli powder, the salt and the pepper and stir again.
    Then add the herbs.

    5. Finally, add the tomato puree, stir and leave to stand off the heat for a few minutes. When you're ready....serve!!!

    Enjoy!!

Any questions or requests for other ideas, lol, just ask me.
