    Honey-Glazed Chicken :dancincocky:
    4 chicken breast halves
    5 TBS balsamic vinegar
    1 TBS extra-V olive oil
    3 cloves of minced garlic
    salt & pepper
    1/4 C honey
2 tsp fresh shredded orange peel (just the orange part....avoid the white...blech!)

Place the chicken in a reseable plastic bag. In a bowl, combine 2 TBS of the vinegar, the oil, garlic salt & pepper. Pour over the chicken and store in fridge for at least 15 minutes.
In another bowl, combine the remaining vinegar, honey, orange peel and bit of salt.
    Preheat your grill.
Grill the chicken, basting often with the honey glaze. (Top rack would be best if you have one)
