Apple and Gorgonzola Salad w/Maple Dressing

    Ingredients

    1/4 cup maple syrup
    2 TBSP olive oil
    2 TBSP lime juice
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    8 cups of mixed salad greens
    2 large sliced granny smith apples
    1/4 cup crumbled gorganzola cheese
    3 TBSP of chopped walnuts
    1/8 cup of sweetened dried cranberries

    Directions

    1. Combine maple syrup, salt, pepper, olive oil and lime juice, stirring with a whisk. 2. Combine greens and apple slices in large bowl. Drizzle with salad dressing and toss gently. Sprinkle salad with gorgonzola cheese and walnuts and dried cranberries. Serves 4-6.
