      <content:encoded><![CDATA[For this simple free from almost everything cake you need:<br />
<br />
1 cup of rice flour<br />
1/2 cup of olive oil<br />
1/2 cup of dark brown sugar<br />
4 Bananas (on the old and moldy side of ripe)<br />
2 eggs<br />
2 tsp of Baking Powder<br />
1 tsp of Baking Soda<br />
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract<br />
1 tsp of Ground Cinamon<br />
<br />
In a bowl mix the Olive Oil, Vanilla Extract, Eggs and Sugar until the sugar disolves into the oil<br />
Sift in the Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder and Ground Cinamon<br />
Mix well to create a batter.<br />

1/4 cup super-fine sugar<br />
1/2 cup confectioners sugar, in a sieve or sugar shaker<br />
