I am making a lasagna this afternoon, and it got me to thinking, what favorite meal do you have?

I love making lasagna with my Cam because it is easy enough he can help, and messy enough he thinks it is fun. He eats more, because he took part in making it too :)

At the moment I'm being very carnivore. An itinerant meat seller came by and my freezer is packed floor to ceiling with steaks of all sorts. Tonight I'm going to have bacon wrapped fillet Mignon(??? too lazy to look it up) and a green salad.

What's my favorite meal or what do I like to make the most? My favorite meal is apparently being consumed at Freda's tonight (LOL), but my favorite to make is my mac n cheese that causes neighborhood kids to show up unexpectatly at my front door.

My sister and her husband divorced. She does not really eat red meat... so the steak in the freezer that was the hubby's is not MINE...muwahahaha! I totally scored, and she got to stick it to him a bit. Was a good day

LOL, the first thing my son learned to make was boxed mac 'n cheese. If I hadn't insisted on "real food" once in a while he would have had it for every meal. I still have several boxes that have been in my pantry (moves and all) since his first year of college ten years ago.

LOL, Scratch is way too much work and mess! I could barely get him to wash up from the box much less scratch.
